1.50 lbs Raw or Boiled Potatoes (apx. 4 Cups)
¼ cup Finely Chopped Onions
½ cup Red Bell Pepper
½ tsp Salt
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Ground Pepper to Taste

GREASE a hot Skillet or Fry Pan over Medium heat
ADD Potatoes, Peppers, Onions and Spices and cover
When Potatoes are brown on the first side FLIP over and brown on the backside
Note: Potatoes that are "boiled first" cook quicker, but nothing beats the texture of browned raw Potatoes!
