Yields1 Serving

 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
 ¼ cup Vinegar
 ¼ cup Catsup
 2 tbsp Cooking oil
 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 ¾ tsp Dry mustard
 2 Glarlic cloves, crushed
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Pepper
 1 tsp Parsley

1

Wisk together all ingredients except chicken.  Wash chicken and prick several times with a fork. Place chicken in a gallon ziploc bag. Pour marinade over chicken in bag. Make sure bag is sealed tightly. (Suggest putting the marinating chicken in the cooler on Friday and cook it for the Saturday night dinner. The best way to cook it over a fire is to use a chicken basket which is like a two sided grill grate with a long handle.  This way you can prop it over the fire and turn every 5 to 8 minutes basting with leftover marinade.  Cook about 20 minutes depending on thickness of chicken. Discard marinade.
