 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
 4 fillets, skinned
 ¼ cup cornmeal
 2 tbsp flour
 1 tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 1 egg, beaten
 olive or vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients. Dip fish in beaten egg and then in crumb mixture. saute in vegetable or olive oil over medium heat until golden brown.
