Backcountry Buttermilk Waffles

 2 cups Buttermilk
 1.75 cups All Purpose Flour
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 2 Eggs
 ½ cup Cooking Oil

BEAT the Eggs in Mixing Bowl and add
Buttermilk and Oil
ADD Flour, Baking Powder and Baking Soda
MIX thoroughly and pour into preheated GSI Outdoors Waffle Iron
Yields: 6-8 Waffles (4" x 8")
